If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from MAVIE.LA, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please note that the product must be unused. We only accept returns in cases where the delivered product is different from the ordered item, or if the product is damaged or defective. After receiving the returned product from you, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process. However, please be aware that depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to fulfill your request, so please understand this in advance.

To make our items suitable as gifts for your loved ones, each item will be carefully placed in a dedicated box and adorned with a ribbon before delivery.
