Items labeled as “Ready to Ship” on mavienewyork.com, sent to U.S. addresses, can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. To qualify, returns should be unused and devoid of wear or engraving marks. Our Quality Control will assess the returned product, which must come with the undamaged original box, the IGI certificate(s), and the Certificate card. ※Please note, any returns that fail to comply with our policy may not be accepted.

Products purchased on SALE or discounted, as well as engraved, embossed, special order, pre-order, and personalized items, are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange, with rare exceptions at Mavie’s discretion.

We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases.

Items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 4% of the original amount paid.

For return inquiries, contact our customer service at support@mavienewyork.com within 7 days, providing your name, order number, and return reason. Products bought from other retailers should be returned to their original place of purchase.
