We do offer the option to include engravings such as initials. Please feel free to consult with us about your preferences. However, please note that items with engravings are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

To make your gift extra special for your loved ones, all items will be carefully placed in a dedicated box and adorned with a ribbon before being delivered. If you would like to include a message card, please provide the sender's name and message during the ordering process. We will print the message on the card and include it along with the package for delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from MAVIE.LA, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please note that the item must be unused. We only accept returns in cases where the delivered product differs from your order or if the item is damaged.
