Mavie New York jewelry is made to order, with production handled by our trusted manufacturers in Tokyo, New York, and Los Angeles. We are committed to sustainability, using ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds to create timeless pieces of exceptional quality. Each piece is crafted with extraordinary care and detail—please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production.

For rush orders, please contact support@mavienewyork.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Be sure to select the appropriate delivery option at checkout, keeping in mind that the shipping method chosen will not impact the production timeline.

Once your payment has been processed and your order is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with your invoice. If this is your first time ordering from us, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder in case the email does not appear in your inbox.

We ship all Mavie New York orders via FedEx or UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx or UPS tracking number.

All shipments are fully insured. For legal purposes, the declared value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must accurately reflect the cost of the jewelry.

If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from MAVIE.LA, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please note that the product must be unused. We only accept returns in cases where the delivered product is different from the ordered item, or if the product is damaged or defective. After receiving the returned product from you, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process. However, please be aware that depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to fulfill your request, so please understand this in advance.

Mavie offers worldwide shipping; however, due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship fine jewelry to certain countries.

Yes, an adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of your order. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt delivery again on the next business day. You can also contact your local FedEx or UPS office to request a hold for pickup or arrange delivery to an alternate address.
