MAVIE – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production & Processing Time

All MAVIE New York pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted by our trusted manufacturing partners in Tokyo, China, India, New York, and Los Angeles. We are committed to exceptional quality and sustainable craftsmanship.

  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production (excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is complete, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Services

We ship via FedEx or UPS for safe and reliable delivery. All shipments are fully insured.

  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

For legal and insurance reasons, the declared value of your package is non-negotiable and must accurately reflect the value of the goods.

International Orders & Customs

We ship internationally. However, due to customs regulations and shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries: Restricted Countries:

Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, French Polynesia, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Libya, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Russia, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, and Croatia.

Customs & Duties:

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes required by their country. These charges are determined by local regulations and are not calculated at checkout.

Signature Upon Delivery

An adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your jewelry. If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt redelivery. You may also contact FedEx or UPS directly to reschedule or hold your package for pickup.
