



MAVIE – U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your MAVIE piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and exchange policy below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mavienewyork.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours at support@mavienewyork.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items (including engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces)
- Earrings worn during piercing appointments
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items that show signs of wear or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging and documents
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved. For defective or damaged items, please contact us directly to arrange an exchange.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same conditions as noted above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mavienewyork.com.
Return Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns subject to a restocking fee will have the fee deducted from the refund total.
- You are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by our team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns.
Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the return. If the gift was sent to the purchaser’s address and later gifted to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
